How to Start Your Trip
Unlike Bay Wheels, JUMP Bikes do not need to start and stop trips at a docking station. Each bicycle comes with a rear wheel cord lock of its own and can be locked to any existing bike stand or pole. JUMP Bikes is owned by Uber, so you can unlock your bike and start your trip from within the Uber app.
How to End Your Trip
To end your trip, find a regular spot to lock your bike up to a post or bike stand and use the cable lock on the rear wheel. The Uber app will show you your trip has ended, your trip duration and total charge.
