New City: Montréal
Today we are happy to launch Montréal on Tunnel Time. Montréal marks our thirteenth city, and second in our home country of Canada 🇨🇦. As we mentioned late last year in our blog post Why No Updates?, COVID has had an odd result on our website. Residents, local visitors and others are still looking for alternative transportation methods. Montréal and Québec have been hit hard by the pandemic, so we moved up our Tunnel Time release to make sure that folks in that area can have access to our info.
Public Transportation
Montréal’s public transportation offerings include a subway system and network of buses. These 68 Métro stations join the over 200 bus routes to create one of the most extensive public transportation networks in the country.
Ride Sharing & Taxi
Montréal offers Taxi service from many companies as well as Uber ride sharing service. Depending on your destination, it may make more sense to take a car.
YUL Airport
One of the things we’ve started adding to our cities is information on how to get to and from the major airport. Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is a bit outside the main city centre. Luckily, there is a shuttle available, and we’ve got all the info you need.
