Boats in New York City

Today, we’re updating our information on New York City to include boats! Many people know of the Staten Island Ferry and how you can freely travel between Manhattan and Staten Island. What many visitors don’t know is that there are water taxis and private ferry operators that have services in NYC too.

If you’re in a rush and Google Maps or Waze is showing total gridlock between you and your destination, it may be faster for you to pay the extra bucks to hop on a boat and get to your location by water.
