Via Acquires Citymapper

Via, a US-based on-demand shuttle service, has acquired Citymapper, a London-based transportation app, to enhance its transit technology. Citymapper's expertise in trip planning, data analysis, and transportation insights will be integrated into Via's algorithmic platform. The acquisition is part of Via's broader strategy to expand its on-demand transportation services globally and improve public transit.
