My name is Cameron and I made this website, Tunnel Time.
What is Tunnel Time?
Tunnel Time is a guide for people looking to use public transportation in cities all over the world. I decided to create this site while visiting Munich, Germany. I had directions, but I didn’t know which ticket to buy, how to board a tram or how to transfer to the subway. Many cities have vast public transportation networks, but no two cities operate in the same way. Tunnel Time is designed to help you learn the basics when travelling to a new city.
What Info is Available?
Tunnel Time will help you find out what types of transportation is available, how to use it, and how much does it cost? We focus on three main areas: Public Transportation, Bike & Scooter Rentals and Taxi & Ride Sharing Apps.
Tunnel Time answers 4 basic questions for each transportation option in a city:
How do you buy a ticket?
How do you board a vehicle?
How do you request a stop?
How do you transfer or exit?
That’s it. You wouldn’t believe how the answers to these four seemingly simple questions can change from city to city, operator to operator and even vehicle to vehicle.
